Return Process

  Contact our support team via email or visit your nearest Matrix Warehouse branch with your original tax invoice to begin the return process.

  Our in-house technicians will inspect the device to verify the fault or ensure the product is in its original, resaleable packaging with all accessories included.

  Approval and Processing

  Once the assessment is complete and the return is approved, we will process your request for a replacement, repair, or store credit.

  Resolution

  Receive your exchanged item or credit note; please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on the original payment method.
